The material's adaptable nature allows customization by trimming with scissors to achieve a personalized fit. How To Open A High Speed Gear Account?
To open an account on highspeedgear.com, follow these steps:
- Visit the High Speed Gear website.
- Look for the Account option on the top right corner of the homepage.
- Click on the Account option, which will redirect to the login page.
- On the login page, find and click on the Create Account button.
- Fill in the required details such as email address, first name, last name, and password.
- After filling in the details, click on the Create button to complete the account creation process.
Once the account is created, it's possible to log in anytime by clicking on the Account option on the homepage and entering the registered email address and password. Remember to keep the login details secure for future use. High Speed Gear Return Policy?
The return policy of High Speed Gear is as follows:
If not satisfied with a purchase from High Speed Gear for any reason, products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund. Note that shipping charges cannot be refunded. Products must include the tags and be in the condition received direct from High Speed Gear. Gear returned in any other condition or purchased from any other source will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, an email should be sent to returns@highspeedgear.com requesting an RMA#. This email should include full name, order number, reason for the return, and the item(s) and quantities of the items to be returned. Once the RMA# is received, it should be written on the outside of the package (packages without an RMA# will not be accepted). A copy of the invoice should be included with the contents of the package.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. It's recommended to insure the package for protection as High Speed Gear is not responsible for packages lost in transit. The return should be sent to: High Speed Gear 87 Old Hammocks Road Swansboro, NC 28584.
After the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment. Depending on the credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after the refund is processed for it to post to the account.
